Bismillah in Arabic and English

Bismillah | Bismillahirrahmanirrahim | Basmala - Bismillah (Arabic: بسملة) is opening Bismillah (بسم الله, "In the name of Allah"), full of Divine bismi-ar-ar-Rahmani Rahimi. This phrase appears in each prefix letter in the Qur'an, except Surat At-Tawbah. Also pronounced every time a Muslim prayer, also started other daily activities, and is usually used as the opening sentence (Preamble) in the constitution or the charter in Islamic countries.

Basmallah sentence was written during the time of Prophet Solomon to the Queen Bilqis according to the information in the Qur'an that is in the 27 (An-Naml) paragraph 30.
Bismillah

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Divine bismi-ar-ar-Rahmani Rahimi

"In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful"
Bismillah sentence begins with the letter 'ba' is the beginning of the letters are pronounced as in the world of spirits. That is when the spirits were asked, "Have I (God) am your Lord?" And they answered "Balaa" which means correct. In Arabic, the sentence Kalaa (بلى) starting with the letter ba.

Why does not the letter aleph that is the letter that started the Word of God? This is a warning for mankind, that if the letter 'ba' with vowel kasroh meaning of human helplessness in the face of temptation Allah SWT. Therefore, before starting the work begins with a sign that read bismillah human helplessness without the power of the Almighty Creator.
Basmala

 "So Fierce Meaning Bismillah"

BismillahirrahmanirrahimBasmalah wording is: bismillahirrahmanirrahim. If we translate freely into Indonesian is: "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious and Most Merciful."So, when we want to do something important work we say basmalah. In short, the interpretation is, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious and Most Merciful, I begin or do any work. By reading basmalah, God willing, there will be blessings and peace upon us in the activity.

Wording Allah is the name of the Creator of the universe. Allah is the name that is followed by all the other names of God, as well as on the word of God:"(This is) a Book which We have sent down unto you that ye may remove people from darkness into light, by the permission of their Lord, (that) onto the Lord, the Mighty, the Praised. (It is) God who has all things in the heavens and the earth. "(Surah Ibrahim: 1-2)

The wording Ar-Rahman is one of the names of the specific name of Allah, who can not be named for other than Allah. Gracious is the One who is meant to have mercy (compassion) is very broad. Blessings will be felt by all living things, especially humans, whether believer or an infidel.

While the wording of Ar-Rahim is a name that can be used for God and for God but Allah. The name Ar-Rahim means that a special blessing given only to His servants who believe in Him.

If so, what is the function of the Bismillah in our daily life?Obviously that basmalah has a very important function. Before we do the work, we are encouraged to read basmalah, in the hope that God will give the blessing on our work. Bismillah is the beginning of an attitude of resignation to God Almighty. With basmalah the fact that we have vowed that the will of God above all else. And with all his will is our job would be perfect. Although we are still obliged to always strive, to pray and trust.

What impact that we can feel when everything is always started with the speech activity basmalah?

Bismillah is our form of dhikr of Allah SWT. With many remember Him in our daily life, then your heart will be calm, peaceful. Between remembering God is by reading Basmalah at the time we want to make all our activities, especially activities that are very important. So, by reading basmalah we believe that God will help and assist many of our daily needs.

As an initial step towards a blessing?Basmalah is true that the initial step towards a blessing. It can be seen that God began with basmalah Koran, that in the beginning of Surah Al-Fatihah. Then other letters, except letters at-Tawbah, also begins basmalah. But for this second basmalah some scholars argue that in place in the beginning of each letter as a form tabarruk (a blessing) and the separator between one letter and another. Basmalahs also have other priorities, such as the opening of worship, such as ablution, wudu, read the Koran and of course also work-permissible work like eating and drinking.
Is there an example of Basmallah as opening various activities in the Rasul or friends? One of them, we can see, how the Prophet taught his Companions and certainly we as Muslims, while before making a conjugal relationship Sunnah to read basmalah. The goal, in addition to the remembrance of Allah, of course in the hope that the child will be born in the future, will awake from the accursed Satan.
Any child is taught by the Prophet in order to familiarize yourself before eating basmalah read. Including when we read Bismillah before entering the toilet, we would genitalia / he can not be seen by the spirits. In the practice of spreading Islam, the Prophet often send the letter containing the message to the kings of the various states to believe in God. He always begins his letter with the wording basmalah, this is a signal that there is a secret behind these basmalah. Likewise Solomon also wrote basmalah when sending a letter to Queen Bilqis, as He perpetuated the story in the Qur'an Surat an-Naml.

This is partly just a small example where the Prophet as our example, its people have always remember Allah before performing a variety of activities.
Bismillah | Bismillahirrahmanirrahim | Basmala
What is the difference between those who say Bismillah at the beginning of its activities, with those who do not?

As I explained above, that when we say basmalah, the fact that we have been promised that the will of God above all else. So obviously different between those who started all student activities by reading basmalah with a no. Even mentioned in a hadith: "Every matter that does not start with bismillahirrahmanirrahim then he cut off (its blessings)".Once the enormity of the meaning of bismillah, so after that we call asthma Allah, then Allah SWT will give peace and quiet to ourselves.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Tafsir of Bismillah

Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim
"Meaning: In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful"
Jar majrur (bi ismi) at the beginning of the paragraph related to the hidden verb thereafter in accordance with the type of activity that is being done. Suppose you read basmalah when to eat, then destiny sentence is: "In the name of Allah I eat".
We say (in Arabic language rules) that jar majrur must have to do with the hidden word afterwards, since both are ma'mul. While every ma'mul must have 'amil.
There are two functions of why we put the verb is hidden behind it.
First: Tabarruk (expect blessings) by putting the names of Allah Almighty.
Second: Restrictions purpose, because putting 'amil work behind limiting meaning. As you say, "I do not eat in the name of anyone to expect a blessing to her and to ask for help from him other than the name of God Almighty".
The word that we took hidden from the verb 'charity (in terms nahwu) was originally a verb. Member nahwu've heard of this problem. Therefore noun can not be 'ami'l except after fulfilling certain conditions.
Then why do we say: "The verb afterwards adapted to the type of work that is being done", because it is more accurate to that question. Therefore, the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said.
"This means that anyone who has not been slaughtered, then if slaughtered should slaughter in the name of God" [1] Or: "Let the slaughter in the name of Allah" [2]
Verb, namely 'slaughter', specifically mentioned there.
Lafzhul Jalalah (Allah).
Is the name of the Lord of the Alamin Allah, but Allah can not be named with him. The name 'Allah' is the origin, while the names of God is otherwise tabi '(branches thereof).
Ar-Rahmaan
Namely that has vast affection. Therefore, it is mentioned in wazan fa'laan, which shows their generality.

Ar-Raheem
Namely that devoted affection to His servants He pleases. Therefore, it is mentioned in wazan fa'iil, which shows the implementation of the outpouring of affection. Here there are two designation affection, that love is the nature of God, as contained in the name of 'Ar-Rahmaan' and love which is the act of God, which is devoted affection to loved ones, as contained in the name of ' ar-Raheem '. Thus, Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahiiim are two Asma 'Allah that shows the One, the nature of love and its effects, that is wisdom, which is a consequence of these properties.
Love that God has set for himself is essentially based on the argument of revelation and reason. As for the argument of revelation, as established in the Qur'an and Sunnah regarding the determination of the nature of Ar-Rahmah (mercy) of Allah, and it was a lot. As for the argument of common sense, all the blessings we have received and we avoid the disaster that is one proof outpouring of love God has for us.
Some people deny the nature of God's love that is true. They interpret affection here with giving favors or favors or requirement will give a favor. According to their reasoning possible God have the capacity to love. They said: "The reason is, the capacity to love showing their inclination, weakness, submission and softness. And all that is not worthy of God ".
Protests against them from both sides.
First: Love does not always accompanied by submission, compassion and weakness. We see strong kings, they have affection without it all.
Second: Even if these things are consequences of love, it just happens on its own affectionate nature beings. The affectionate nature which is owned Al-Khaliq Almighty is appropriate to kemahaagungan,'s wisdom and power. The nature of the negative consequences and will not blemish at all.
Then we say to them: My common sense have shown their capacity to love is intrinsic to God Almighty. The view we often see in living things, such as love between them, clearly indicates the love of God. Because of the nature of love is perfect. And Allah has more right that perfect nature. And often we see the love of God in particular, such as rain, end famine and others that show love Allaah.
Funnily enough, those who deny the intrinsic love of God by reason of unacceptable or impossible according to common sense, precisely define the nature of god (decrees) are essential to the argument that a more vague sense of the arguments make sense in establishing the nature of love for God. They said: "The privilege granted to some of the creatures that distinguishes it from the others by reason indicate the nature of the will of god". No doubt that is true. However, it is more subtle than the signs of God's love. Because it can only be known by those who are smart. The signs of the love of God can be known by everyone, including the general public. If you ask a layman about the rain that fell last night: "Thanks to whom the rain last night?" He would say: "thanks to God's grace and mercy"
PROBLEM
Is basmalah including verse in surah Al-Fatihah or not?
In this issue the scholars disagree. Some argue that basmalah including verse in Surah Al-Fatihah should be read Jahr (hardened recital) in prayer and the prayer is not valid opinion without reading basmalah, because they belong to the Al-Fatihah.
Some other scholars argue, basmalah not included in the letter of Al-Fatihah. However, stand-alone section in the Qur'an.
This is the correct opinion. This opinion is based on texts and a series of verses in this letter.
The basis in the texts, it is narrated in a hadith of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says.
"Meaning: I divided the prayer (ie Al-Fatiha) into two parts, half to me and half to my servant. When it reads: "Praise be to Allah". And God said: "My servant has praised Me." When he read: "The Most Gracious, Most Merciful." And God said: "My servant has praised Me." When he read: "Superintendent day of reckoning." And God said: "My servant has glorified Me". When he read: "Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek." And God said: "This half for me and half to my servant". When he read: "Guide us to the straight path". And God said: "This is for My servant, will I grant what he asked" [3]
This sort of affirmation that basmalah not included in the letter Al-Fatihah. In the book of al-Sahih narrated from Anas bin Malik Radhiyalahu 'anhu, he said: "I never bermakmum night prayer behind the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, Abu Bakr, Umar and Uthman Allaah 'anhum. They all opened the prayer by reading: "Praise Lord of 'worlds" and not read; 'Bismillaahirrahmaanirrahiim "at the beginning and at the end of the reading. [4]
Which means they do not harden reading. Distinguishing between basmalah with hamdalah in case hardened and whether that basmalah not included in the letter of Al-Fatihah.
